Purpose
At Thrivr, we are committed to maintaining a secure, trustworthy environment for our partners, clients and users. This Anti-Fraud Policy outlines how we prevent, identify and respond to fraudulent activity across all our products, platforms and services.
Scope
This policy applies to:
- All users of the Thrivr platform, including web and mobile apps
- All business clients, regardless of size or sector
- All services delivered under the Thrivr brand, including Thrivr Perks, Thrivr Wealth, Thrivr Protect and Thrivr Health
Our Commitment to Fraud Prevention
Thrivr actively monitors for fraud and misuse using a combination of:
- Automated checks
- Manual reviews
- Identity verification
- Business verification
- Behavioural tracking
We are constantly evolving our processes to protect our users, our partners, and the integrity of our platform.
Fraud Prevention Measures
To ensure legitimate use of our services, Thrivr may implement one or more of the following:
- Business Verification
Cross-checking company information with trusted sources (e.g. Companies House or regulated databases)
Reviewing the business’s digital presence (e.g. website, social media, domain reputation)
- Identity Verification
Verifying the identity of directors, account holders or users via secure, third-party tools
Requiring government-issued ID and selfie video (liveness check) where necessary
- Email & IP Validation
Verifying business email domains
Blocking sign-ups from suspicious or previously flagged IP addresses
Detecting duplicate applications or abnormal activity
- Behavioural & Usage Monitoring
Monitoring usage patterns that may suggest abuse or automation
Flagging excessive or unusual benefit redemption activity
False or Fraudulent Registrations
If any registration or account is found to be false, misleading or fraudulent:
Thrivr reserves the right to reject or deactivate the account
Access to any services, rewards or features may be suspended or revoked
We may refuse future applications or access to any Thrivr product or service

Right to Refuse Access
Thrivr reserves full discretion to deny access to any individual or business where:
- Information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or deceptive
- The account poses a risk to our platform or other users
- The account does not meet our compliance or eligibility standards
Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you suspect someone is misusing the Thrivr platform or services, please report it immediately to:
