Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Thrivr platform and mobile application (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Thrivr Financial Services is a trading name of Perky People Financial Services Ltd (FRN 916115), an Appointed Representative of Beesure Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (No. 832417).

2. Our Privacy Commitment

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Platform, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

3. Using Our Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use or order through our Platform.

You agree to:
– Use the Platform only for lawful, personal purposes.
– Not misuse or attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of our Platform at any time without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Accounts and Security

To use some features, you’ll need to create an account. You agree to:
– Provide accurate and current information.
– Keep your login details confidential.
– Notify us immediately at help@thrivr.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may temporarily suspend or close your account if:
– We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.
– You leave an affiliated employer, organisation, or membership scheme.
– You breach these Terms.

In certain cases, we may need to verify your identity as part of our standard “Know Your Customer” checks. You’ll be asked to provide proof of identity before reactivation.

If your account is closed due to breach or fraud, any unspent balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

5. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase goods or services. A binding contract is formed once we confirm availability and payment has been processed.

– Payments must be made using a personal UK-registered debit card.
– Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges.
– We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before confirming your order.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we’ll let you know and refund any payments made within 30 working days.

6. Products, Delivery, and Returns

We aim to describe all products accurately, but images and descriptions are for guidance only.

Delivery:
– Goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
– Some regions (e.g. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may incur additional charges or longer delivery times.
– Delivery dates are estimates only; we’re not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods:
– Please contact help@thrivr.co.uk immediately if an item is faulty or incorrect.
– If returned goods are found to be in working order, an administration and return fee may apply.

7. Vouchers and Discounts

Instant Vouchers are delivered digitally and added to your digital wallet.
– Delivery usually occurs within 24 hours.
– Instant Vouchers are non-refundable once issued.
– If your account is closed, any unspent or unused vouchers will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

Discounts apply as shown at checkout and are deducted automatically from your transaction once successfully processed.

8. Liability and Warranties

Our Platform and its content are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.

Except where prohibited by law, Thrivr will not be liable for:
– Loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
– Indirect or consequential losses;
– Errors or inaccuracies in third-party content or links.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for:
– Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
– Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed £1,000.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Thrivr or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Data Protection and Security

We use up-to-date electronic and physical security measures to protect your information. However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be free from bugs. Please run your own virus checks before using any downloads or links.

When purchasing through third-party retailers, ensure you trust the site before entering any payment details. We do not have access to or store those details.

11. Subscriptions

These additional terms apply to users who subscribe personally (not through an employer or organisation).

– You can cancel at any time by contacting help@thrivr.co.uk (allow 48 hours for processing).
– Cancellation stops future payments; access ends at the end of your current billing period.
– If a payment fails, access may be suspended immediately.
– Unused vouchers at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

Thrivr may adjust pricing or features at any time with reasonable notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will take effect once published on our Platform. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
