  2. One & Done: To keep it fair for everyone, entries are limited to one per person each week.
  3. The Big Draw: Every Wednesday, we randomly select a winner and email the voucher directly to the winner’s inbox.
  4. Check Your Inbox: We only contact the winner. If you don’t receive an email from us by the end of the day on Wednesday, you haven’t won this time, but there’s always next week!
  5. Refresh: The draw refreshes every Wednesday at 4pm, so you can head back here and enter again for a brand-new prize.

1. The Promoter The promoter is The Perky People Company Limited (trading as Thrivr), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16110528). Registered office: First Floor, Redcliff House, Hazell Drive, Newport, Wales, NP10 8FY.

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to all registered users of the Thrivr platform.

  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

3. How to Enter

  • Entries must be submitted via the official “Weekly Win” form.

  • Users must provide the email address to ensure the entry is valid.

  • Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted per week. Multiple entries from the same person in a single week will be disqualified, and only the first entry will be counted.

4. The Draw Period

  • The prize draw runs on a weekly cycle from Wednesday to Wednesday.

  • Entries for the current week close each Wednesday morning. Any entries received after this time will be entered into the following week’s draw.

5. The Prize

  • The prize for each week will be a digital gift card.

  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

  • Thrivr reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the preceding week.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form within 24 hours of the draw.

  • The digital voucher will be sent directly to the winner’s provided email address. Thrivr is not responsible for vouchers sent to incorrectly entered email addresses.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Thrivr Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://thrivr.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

  • Data collected through the Weekly Win form is used specifically for the administration of the draw and prize fulfillment.

8. General

  • Thrivr reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
